The room was neat and well stocked, making for a really nice stay. I enjoyed the lovely view of the beach and appreciated having a shower, hairdryers, and bath sheets in the bathroom. - the hotel's location is particularly good and perfect, being relatively close to the Edge Art Gallery.

In an excellent location. Large rooms with very comfortable beds. Good bathrooms with baths (tubs). Swimming pool and jacuzzi. Excellent complimentary breakfast.

The lighting in the rooms is pathetic. Because the windows are quite small and the rooms quite large, an overhead light is essential. Table lamps may give an atmospheric glow, but are useless for reading or working.

Quiet hotel with window and ample parking. Good for 1-2 nights. Beds good. All clean. Relatively large room with views to the harbour.

Breakfast with cardboard dishes. American. Coffee's not good. No cheese, no sausage.

The breakfast we had was pretty big and had all the usual stuff you'd expect. the location here is super peaceful and just perfect for checking out the historic seaport. Everything was just spot on! 🌟

We have absolutely no problem with the facility or staff at Holiday Inn Express. However, we have an enormous problem with the way our reservation was handled. I went to Holiday Inn Express' website thinking I was dealing with them directly. Instead, I got my confirmation from Booked.net. We had an emergency that caused us to have to shorten our trip. What we wanted to do was change the location of our last night from Newport OR to Portland Airport. Evidently, that is not an option and now we are out the room rate, plus we had to book another room. We were not trying to cancel the room outright. We've been Priority Club members since 2002 and have never had a probelm until now. It's entirely likely we will never book a room with Holiday Inn Express again. Thanks for all of your help and concern.

The room was really quiet and super spacious, plus the A/C was a nice touch for a comfortable night's sleep 😌. Being just a few minutes from Pirates Plunder Antique Store was amazing; such a cool spot to be close to!

Truly enjoyed the way our fairly quiet and huge room with comfortable beds was. The breakfast was complimentary and large with delicious cinnamon rolls, good coffee and also fresh options and the restaurant food was reasonably priced.

It was clean, the staff was very friendly and helpfull. The breakfast was great. Close to the place we wanted to see.

The breakfast was nice and the juice was good. My son and husband thought the pancake maker was cool..... There was a nice variety of food.

I would make sure when I get my room that there are no small children beside me or above my room.. We could hear them early in the morning and running down the hallway, and above us......

The hotel is in a peaceful location near the main bridge and the South Beach Fish Market. the room was spacious with a beautiful ocean view. - the bed was cozy and the bathroom was good. - It was a really enjoyable stay for one night.

The desk staff was very helpful and friendly.

A couple planning to be with us had to cancel out after the refund time due to illness. We called the hotel to ask for some flexibility due to the illness which occurred the same day as the reservation and were turned down, including by the manager. I called you and only after you spoke with the manager did they agree to try to sell the room if we cancelled the reservation. We did so.
